They worked diligently and completed all of the work in a very short time frame, which included extensive rot repair along the lower windows of our house, as well as the replacement of three doors off of our deck.   • I got help from Alex and his team at Ufema (Contracting). I had some issues come up with my insurance for my roof, and my friend referred me to UC. Alex gave me a great quote to get my roof done. I was blown away by the speed of their work! They showed up early morning, and when I got home after work, they were completely done with the roof. Only took one day! And they even went out of their way to tidy up my messy backyard which was a pleasant surprise! Thanks again!

  • We had a fabulous experience with Ufema Contracting. They managed our kitchen remodel, including removal of a load bearing wall, in September 2022. Alex's crew was very easy to work with, was courteous, stayed on budget, and completed all work within their estimated timeline. We were very pleased with all the contractors and were impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship. Josh was very thorough, did a great job of explaining and communicating our options, made sure all our concerns were addressed and that we were 100% satisfied with the product. We love our new kitchen and would recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking for any home improvements or remodeling.

  • We have a very old house where nothing is square or level and Alex did a stellar job refurbishing my husband's office. He had to be very creative and everyone who sees it compliments the work! So, we called upon his services again and Josh, Mark and team gutted and rehabbed our bedroom. It looks stunning! They also installed 16 new Marvin windows that were not just replacement but required new framing. Once again, the finished product speaks for itself! Amazing work, on time, and on budget.
